Keeping Everyone Safe

As we work to provide the highest and safest quality of service amongst the COVID-19 pandemic, Massage Envy Flagstaff is taking numerous precautions to help ensure the wellness of all of our clients and staff. 

COVID-19 Screening

• All of our staff and clients with appointments fill out a COVID screening questionnaire, receive a temperature check, and sanitize their hands prior to beginning their shift or receiving any services.
• Client will also be asked to wash or sanitize their hands before heading back for their session.

• Our staff is utilizing texting, online check-in procedures, and staggered appointment times to limit traffic through our facility and within our lobby.
• Masks are now optional for all vaccinated individuals entering or working within our facility. All unvaccinated staff, members, and guests are still required to wear a mask while inside our clinic.
• Service providers are also able to wear gloves throughout the session for their safety and the safety and comfort of their clients.

• Our staff is diligently sanitizing the lobby and bathrooms every hour of the day and service providers carefully and strategically sanitize their rooms between each session they perform.
• Before reopening, our entire staff completed disease and infection prevention training from the Center for Toxicology and Environmental Health.
• The air in our facility is cleaned every night with the use of an Ozone machine.
